|
|
| Introduction |
I am glad to inform you that the Global Institute of Legal Studies a unit of The Global Institutes has introduced Post Graduate Diploma in various fields of Law. Law is a rule of conduct or procedure established by custom, agreement or authority for peaceful existence in the society. Law is also necessary for the protection of Fundamental Human Rights. It is also highly required for citizens of all cities, countries and continents irrespective of their profession.
In India although about 500 law colleges are running, some parts of law have not yet been introduced in the syllabus of LL.B. So from the common people to law-knowing persons such as law students, advocates, law officers and others are facing a lot of problems in courts, tribunals, offices and even in corporate sectors. The main reason is the rapid development of science, technology and globalisation and as a result of which complicates and new legal problems are also cropping up. So the traditional system of legal education is not sufficient to solve the problem of present era in the contemporary scenario.
To solve all the bottlenecks in the field of law, this Institute has taken much pain to introduce the P.G. Diploma in the various fields of law. No doubt it will be beneficial to the general mass as well as specialisation for LL.B. graduates. So these courses are offered for the common graduates for the spread of legal education and to maintain peace and harmony in the society.
Most of the organisations (both Government and Non-Government) are not getting efficient staff in the legal fields. Basically these Diploma Courses will help the students to get employment in business, service, industrial and corporate sectors as well as these courses will help the general people in their day to day life.
This Institute is the first institution in India to introduce P.G. Diploma courses in so many fields of law simultaneously. We have tried our best to cover every aspect of Post Graduate Courses in various branches of law. Suggestions are welcome for incorporation of any new course as well as uncovered topics in the present syllabus. We shall make every effort to add or include the suggested courses or topics. A letter of acknowledgement of thanks will be sent to the persons for their constructive suggestion and co-operation. |
